IFB Guardrail and Cable Parts

The Illinois Tollway is seeking a qualified vendor to furnish and deliver Trinity, SKT/RSI, and Gibraltar brand guardrail and cable rail components. The contract will require the vendor to provide the specified products, and the State will evaluate bids based on price and responsiveness. The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment, tax, and environmental protection. The contract will have a duration of 180 days from opening, and the vendor must provide proof of financial resources sufficient to ensure performance of the contract. • The vendor must submit a Vendor Disclosure or IPG Active Registered Vendor Disclosure. • The vendor must submit an Offer to the State of Illinois. • The vendor must submit a Contract. • The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The vendor must provide proof of financial resources sufficient to ensure performance of the contract.
