Ductile Iron Fittings

The City of Winston-Salem is seeking bids for the provision of ductile iron fittings. The contract period will be from March 2026 to February 28, 2027. The city reserves the right to purchase more or less than the specified quantities. Deliveries shall be made by truck F.O.B. Winston-Salem, N.C. to the Utilities Construction Storage Facility. • The city is looking for a single bidder to provide all the required items. • The bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Occupational Safety and Health Act. • The bidder must provide a detailed proposal, including prices and specifications for each item. • The city reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to make the award to the lowest responsible bidder.
