Description
The Chicago Housing Authority is seeking a firm‑fixed‑price contractor to provide comprehensive daily janitorial services for three CHA client‑center facilities: Overton (≈13,000 sf), Pope (≈40,000 sf) and the Charles A. Hayes Family Investment Center (≈30,000 sf). The work includes routine cleaning, sanitizing, restroom and break‑room maintenance, floor care, trash removal, pest observation, and compliance with the City of Chicago Green Cleaning policy. Staffing levels vary by site, with a minimum of two staff per shift at Overton and Pope and flexible coverage for the FIC. The contract is a five‑year base period with possible extensions, and contractors must meet insurance, financial‑statement, wage, and minority‑business participation requirements.
