The Town of Freedom is seeking a qualified waste‑service provider to handle all residential solid waste and recycling collection for a five‑year period (2027‑2031). The contractor must supply and maintain 95‑gallon refuse and recycling carts for each dwelling, perform weekly garbage pickups, bi‑weekly recycling pickups, twice‑annual large‑item collections, and service several municipal facilities at no extra charge. Optional services such as “walk‑up” assistance, extra carts, and seasonal yard‑waste pickup must be priced separately.
