Description
The Lowell Housing Authority is seeking bids from qualified contractors to replace trash compactors at South Common Village. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, equipment, tools, and transportation required to remove and install new trash compactors. The contractor must submit separate pricing for each alternate on the Bid Form. The project includes the replacement of trash compactors at 227 Gorham Street and, subject to available funding, at 198 South Street and 65 Summer Street.
