Description
The San Bernardino County Department of Public Works is seeking bids for a 10-yard dump truck with a plow and sander. The truck should have a minimum capacity of 10 cubic yards and be equipped with a heavy-duty hydraulic system, a severe-service dump body, and a cartridge-style slide-in V-box spreader. The truck should also have a heavy-duty commercial snowplow blade with a minimum 36-inch high moldboard and an aggressive 65-degree attack angle. The bid should include the price for the truck, as well as optional equipment such as front and rear spare tires and wheels, a sander unit, and a snowplow.

• A heavy-duty hydraulic system with a minimum flow rate of 50 GPM

• A heavy-duty commercial snowplow blade with a minimum 36-inch high moldboard and an aggressive 65-degree attack angle
• A warranty of at least 2 years for the chassis and body, and 3 years or 250,000 miles for the engine
