The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division is seeking a sole‑source, firm‑fixed‑price quotation for comprehensive maintenance and repair services for the DragonFly 3D printer (part number NND‑CCS‑WA‑0003). The contract will be performed at the Dahlgren, VA facility (22448‑5114) and includes a base period of 12 months with three optional 12‑month extensions. All costs, including shipping, freight, tariffs, and duties, must be bundled in the quote. Offerors must be authorized resellers of the equipment, provide OEM authorization letters, and be registered in SAM. Award will be on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. The work ensures the 3D printer remains operational for circuit‑board production, reducing schedule risk and long‑term costs for the Government.
