Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking quotes for the purchase of 18 ICU supply carts to replace end-of-life products for the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at the San Diego VA Medical Center. The carts must meet specific requirements and specifications, including having a basic keyless entry touchpad, easy slide pull drawers, and various accessories. The contractor will provide training materials, offer Teams support sessions to super users, competency training materials, and handouts. The period of performance is 180 days from the award date.
Key features of the required carts include:
• 38-45" high cart with storage space, touch pad, and key lock
• Must have basic keyless entry touchpad (battery powered) with auto lock and backup key lock
• Must be able to hold no more than 350 lbs
• Must have easy slide pull drawers
• Must have specific drawer configurations
• Must have left and right side accessories, including glove box holders and lockable sharps container or bracket holder
• Must have overbridge with top shelf and hanger rail, and tilting 6-bin storage module for overbridge
