City of Holland Fencing Services and Installations Bid

The City of Holland is seeking bids from fencing contractors to provide hourly rates for fencing services and installations. The contract will be for a period of three years, and the city reserves the right to seek sealed bids on larger projects. The bids will be evaluated based on the regular hourly rate, materials markup percentage, and references. The city also reserves the right to consider use of the State of Michigan contract purchasing program or other purchasing programs available to Michigan local units of government. • The contractor shall provide a cost for labor and materials that is all-inclusive. • The contractor shall provide a regular hourly rate. • The contractor shall provide a materials markup percentage. • The contractor shall provide three references. • The contractor shall maintain general liability insurance, automobile liability insurance, employer liability insurance, and workers' compensation insurance. • The contractor shall agree to indemnify and save harmless the City of Holland, including its officers, agents, and employees from any and all liabilities that may result from the contractor's work.
