Illinois Clean Jobs Workforce Network Program

The Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO) is seeking up to 20 community‑based organizations to serve as Clean Jobs Workforce Hubs across 14 CEJA regions. Each Hub will deliver clean‑energy career training, case management, supportive services, and job‑placement assistance using the 2027‑2029 Clean Jobs Curriculum Framework. Grants are funded by the State and may include additional Climate Pollution Reduction Grant (CPRG) funds for advanced training. Hubs must coordinate with Energy Transition Navigators, partner with local employers, and serve eligible participants from equity‑investment communities, displaced energy workers, or individuals facing employment barriers.
