2026 - Bituminous Asphalt Hot Mix, Tack Oil and Cold Mix

The City of Cheyenne is seeking bids for the provision of bituminous asphalt hot mix, tack oil, and cold mix for the Street and Alley Division. The contract will require the delivery of 5,000 tons of bituminous asphalt hot plant mix, 6,000 gallons of emulsified asphalt tack oil, and 350 tons of bituminous cold mix. Bidders must submit their bids electronically through the City's eProcurement Portal, and the deadline for submission is April 7, 2026, at 2:00 pm. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formality or technicality in any proposal in the interest of the City. • The bid must include a bid guarantee in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount. • The bid must be accompanied by a certified/cashier's check or bid bond. • The City will hold the bid guarantee of the successful bidder until the items awarded under the bid have been delivered. • The City will re-issue a check to all unsuccessful bidders as soon as possible upon receipt.
