The West Virginia Parkways Authority is seeking a qualified vendor to supply one electric‑grinder fiberglass manhole system (Series 30005‑0012 “Electric Muffin Monster”) complete with a 5 hp immersible motor, controller, and all required accessories. The vendor must also provide manufacturer‑certified personnel to inspect the equipment, perform on‑site start‑up, and train WVPA staff. Full documentation, warranty, and compliance with extensive ASTM/ANSI/NEMA specifications are required.
• Supply, freight‑included, of a fully assembled fiberglass manhole grinder with controller (delivered to Beckley, WV).
• On‑site services: inspection, start‑up, and training by manufacturer‑certified technicians.
• Delivery of two sets of technical submittals, operation & maintenance manuals (paper & electronic), and a 12‑month limited warranty.
• Vendor must be ISO‑9001 certified, have ≥30 years in business, ≥5,000 similar installations, and provide references.
