Description
The City of Worcester is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver LEED Green Associate (v5) training and exam‑support services for the MassHire Central Regional Workforce Board (MCRWB). The contract runs from October 2026 through September 30 2030 and covers seven training cohorts (approximately 70 participants total). The award will be based on the lowest responsible and responsive bid, with strict insurance and qualifications requirements.
• Provide live‑webinar and on‑demand LEED Green Associate training for up to 70 trainees.
• Assist participants with registration, scheduling, and fee support for the LEED Green Associate certification exam.
• Submit detailed progress, attendance, and completion reports to MCRWB; maintain required General and Professional Liability insurance.
• Must meet detailed instructor certification, EEO/AA policy, and insurance documentation before contract start.
• All proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes by the extended deadline of Oct 14 2026.
