Description
The City of Lynchburg is seeking bids for the painting of three water tanks: Wingate #1, Fort Hill #1, and Fort Hill #2. The project includes exterior washing and overcoat painting, as well as some minor repairs to the concrete bases and other peripheral items. The successful bidder will be required to commence work within ten days of the notice to proceed and complete the work within 182 calendar days.
• The project requires the bidder to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the completion of the work.
• The bidder must have experience with similar projects and provide references.
• The City of Lynchburg reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any defects.
• The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond and a payment bond.
• The project is subject to the General Conditions accompanying the bid documents.
