Ohio State University is seeking a qualified contractor to perform envelope remediation on the James Building (Medical Center Tower) campus. The work includes removal, cleaning, and replacement of joint sealants, gasketing, masonry repairs, concrete crack repairs, brick crack repairs, roof‑protection, green‑roof protection, and associated waterproofing and flashing installations. The project is governed by Ohio prevailing‑wage rules, the State EDGE Business Development Program (5 % participation goal), and mandatory enrollment in an OBWC‑approved Substance‑Use‑Prevention & Recovery (SUPR) program. The contractor must use the existing roof‑top davit system for material lifts and comply with OSU Wexner Medical Center health and safety policies.
