The City of Florissant is seeking bids for the demolition and clean-up of various properties in Florissant. The project includes the demolition of up to 3 structures, including 1 multi-family structure and 2 residential structures, as well as associated accessory structures and pavements. The contractor will be responsible for disconnecting utilities, removing trees and vegetation, and grading the ground surface. The project must be completed within 90 days of the notice to proceed. • The contractor must provide all necessary equipment, labor, and materials to complete the project. • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal and state rules and regulations. • The contractor must provide a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 5% of the bid price. • The contractor must provide a performance bond in an amount equivalent to 100% of the contract price. • The contractor must participate in a federal work authorization program. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance and certification of compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
