Clark County is soliciting qualified contractors to construct a 16‑foot wide reinforced‑concrete pedestrian multi‑use trail underpass at SR 159, linking the Legacy Trail parking area south of the highway with the north‑side trail system. The scope includes traffic control, concrete retaining walls, 30‑inch drilled shafts, steel and post‑cable railings, drop inlets, removal and replacement of existing asphalt trail, installation of an 18‑inch reinforced concrete pipe storm drain, concrete valley gutter, riprap work, guardrail, signage, and striping. The project requires a Nevada State Contractor’s License, compliance with Section 108 biological provisions, and no DBE goal.
