The Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority (VIHFA) is seeking bids from qualified, experienced, and properly licensed General Construction Contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, and services necessary for the rehabilitation and restoration of a partially built single-family residential home located at #2-31 Estate Mount Pleasant, St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands.
