The Midland Independent School District is seeking proposals for the purchase of a 38.5-acre property located at 1900 S. Lamesa Road, Midland, TX. The property is situated south of IDEA Travis Elementary School, between Gist Street and Interstate 20, and west of Lamesa Road. The district is looking for qualified individuals or entities to submit sealed proposals for the purchase of the property. The proposal must include the offer amount, completed vendor forms, conflict of interest questionnaire, and proof of funds documentation.
