Description
The U.S. Embassy in Paris, France is seeking a contractor to supply and install guard booths in four different residences of the U.S. Government located in Paris and its vicinity. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing and installing all materials required by the contract. The specifications and statement of work are set forth in the contract. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submitting an offer. The contract will be awarded to the lowest priced, acceptable, responsible quoter.
• The contractor must provide a firm fixed price for the work, including all labor, materials, and equipment.
• The contractor must complete the work within 120 calendar days after receiving the notice to proceed.
• The contractor must provide a performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 50% of the contract price.
• The contractor must maintain insurance coverage for the duration of the contract.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
