The Valley Sanitary District (VSD) seeks a qualified private security firm to provide continuous, unarmed, overnight mobile patrol and on‑site guard services for its wastewater treatment plant in Indio, California. The contractor must staff at least one uniformed guard 24 hours each night (6 pm‑6 am), seven days a week, supply patrol vehicles, fuel, equipment, and a fully integrated electronic guard‑tour system. Services include randomized vehicle and foot patrols, alarm monitoring, incident reporting, access‑control oversight, and compliance with all safety and environmental regulations at the facility.
