The vehicle must be delivered FOB destination to the Sheriff’s Department in Owensboro, KY, accompanied by full operator/maintenance manuals, warranty documentation, and the vendor must maintain the required insurance coverages. The contract is a fixed‑price, firm‑price award with a 60‑day price‑firmness period, payment within 30 days of delivery, and an optional renewal clause allowing up to four additional one‑year extensions for a total possible term of five years.
