Maintenance for Natural Gas Engines

El Paso Water (EPWater) is seeking proposals for the maintenance of natural gas engines with hardware and covers. The selected offeror will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing 25 stationary natural gas engines. The contract will be for a one-year term with the option for four one-year extensions. The offeror must demonstrate possession of adequate equipment and resources, provide a comprehensive summary of their technical approach, and submit a detailed cost proposal. • The scope of work includes weekly engine inspections, performance of all scheduled maintenance required by engine run hours, and repair or replacement of worn components as necessary. • The offeror must maintain a master set of maintenance records for the engines and provide monthly service reports. • The contract will be awarded to the highest-ranked, most responsible, responsive offeror based on evaluation criteria including equipment, facilities, and resources, technical approach, cost, and experience and qualifications.
