AUTOMATIC SELF-CLEANING STRAINER

The County of Westchester is seeking bids for an automatic self-cleaning strainer system for d.e.f. The system should be delivered FOB destination, and the bidder should provide a guaranteed delivery time. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to extend the use of bid pricing for up to 12 months from the date of award. The successful bidder will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor, taxes, and environmental protection. • The bidder should provide a bid price per unit specified in the bid. • The bidder should note any deviation from specifications or the indicated brand clearly on the BPS bid form. • The bidder should provide samples, if required, prior to the bid opening and free of charge. • The County encourages participation by service-disabled veteran-owned and minority and/or woman-owned businesses. • The bidder should comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor, taxes, and environmental protection.
