Build-to-print Radar Absorbing Surfaces (RAS)

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) is soliciting quotes for the manufacture of Radar Absorbing Surfaces (RAS) models G745256-1, H HDR 1/2 Rnd (PN 7010-001), G745256-2, H HDR V-pc (PN 7010-002), and the RAS Hardware Kit G771417. The contractor shall provide the required items, per the Government’s minimum specifications, in the required quantities. The Government will award a base year purchase order with a four-year option on a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) basis. The total evaluated price will be calculated based on the unit price, extended price, and average unit price for each CLIN.
