Description
The Liberty County School System is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for Internal Connections for the Schools listed in the RFP. The scope of work includes the installation of Category 2 products and services, such as switches, UPS components, and additional items. The contract will be for a period of 18 months, from April 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027. The district is looking for a vendor who can provide high-quality products and services, as well as excellent technical support and customer service. The evaluation criteria will include price, technical sufficiency, technical support, prior experience, and overall suitability.
• The RFP includes a mandatory walkthrough on February 24, 2026, at Liberty Elementary School.
• The deadline for submitting questions is March 2, 2026.
• The submission deadline is March 10, 2026.
• The district reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to make an award in the best interest of the district.
• The vendor must agree to meet the conditions relating to the E-Rate program and be willing to include such requirements in the vendor's contract.
• The vendor must maintain all records relating to the services and equipment provided to the district for a period of 10 years.
• The vendor must maintain an internal E-Rate audit process to ensure compliance with all E-Rate program rules and regulations.
