Description
The U.S. Consulate General in Lagos, Nigeria, is seeking a contractor to renovate 2 Bell Units 5 & 6, Ikoyi, Lagos. The project involves the renovation of the specified units, and the contractor will be responsible for furnishing and installing all required materials. The contract will be a firm, fixed-price contract, and the contractor must complete the work within 210 days. The contractor must also provide a performance and payment bond, or alternate performance security, and obtain the necessary insurance. The contractor will be required to submit a detailed proposal, including a price proposal, performance schedule, and business management/technical proposal.
