Description
The US Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a contractor to provide park maintenance, electrical maintenance, and plumbing maintenance services at Greers Ferry Lake. The contract will be an IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity) type, with a base year and four 12-month options. The contractor will be required to perform various tasks, including general park maintenance, electrical and plumbing repairs and installation, and submitting schedules and invoices.
• The contract term is one base year and four 12-month options
• The contractor must be registered in SAM to be awarded the contract
• Quotes are due February 23, 2026 at 1:00 PM CST
• The contractor will be required to submit a schedule after receiving Notice to Proceed
• The contractor will be required to submit invoices on the 25th of each month
