Description
The United States Air Force is seeking a contractor to remanufacture F-15 Cabin Ram Air Butterfly Valves. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, facilities, equipment, and materials to accomplish the remanufacture. The work will include disassembly, cleaning, inspection, maintenance, re-assembly, testing, and finishing actions to return the item to a like-new condition. The contractor will be required to establish and maintain a quality system, parts control program, and special tooling and test equipment. The contract will be a firm fixed price, firm fixed quantity type contract with a one-year basic period.

• The contractor must establish and maintain a quality system in accordance with contract requirements
• The contractor must report discrepancies incident to shipment within two business days of discovery
• The contractor must support quality audits and quality assurance reviews as required by the Administrative Contracting Officer (ACO)
• The contractor must develop and implement a supply chain risk management plan to identify, assess, plan for, and mitigate actual or potential threats to the Air Force's supply chain
• The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations regarding occupational safety and health
