6” Waterline Replacement (Center Street to Elm Street Alley) - Gardner, KS

The City of Gardner is seeking qualified contractors to install a new 6‑inch PVC C‑900 water main through an alley between Center Street and Elm Street, including boring approximately 760 linear feet and an additional 140 linear feet of pipe down South Elm Street. The scope also covers replacement of ten residential service lines, three 6” × 6” × 6” tees, provision of temporary water services to existing businesses, and all ancillary work required to deliver a functional water system in the project corridor. • Install ~900 ft of 6” PVC water main (760 ft bored, 140 ft surface) • Replace 10 residential service connections and install 3 large tees • Provide temporary water service to affected businesses and complete site restoration
