Description
The South Carolina Department of Parks, Recreation & Tourism is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive routine and emergency maintenance for the sanitary lift station serving the Landrum Welcome Center. The contract will span an initial one‑year term with four optional one‑year renewals (maximum five years), and the award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• Scope includes monthly, bi‑annual, and annual (air‑release‑valve) services, remote telemetry monitoring, and emergency call‑out response within four hours.
• Contractor must submit detailed monthly reports, perform debris removal, vegetation control, pump inspections, and provide a remote monitoring system with alerts.
• All work must comply with SCDOT, SCPRT, SCDHEC, and EPA regulations; insurance and multiple certifications are mandatory.
• No total contract value is disclosed; pricing will be submitted on a unit‑price basis for each service category.
• Vendor must be registered in the South Carolina procurement system (SCEIS) and possess the required insurance and certifications.
