26-025 Asphaltic Concrete

The St. Charles County Government is seeking bids for Asphaltic Concrete. The contract will be for an approximate 12-month period, with an estimated 50,000 tons of asphaltic concrete to be delivered. The contractor must be capable of delivering approximately 1,200 tons per day to any area of St. Charles County. The bid includes various types of asphaltic concrete mixes, such as Type BP-1, Type BP-2, and Type Bit Base. The bid also includes an optional Asphalt Cement Price Index provision, which allows for adjustments to the contract price based on changes in the price of asphalt cement. • The bid must include a unit price for each type of asphaltic concrete mix. • The bid must include a description of the materials and methods to be used. • The bid must include a statement of the contractor's qualifications and experience. • The bid must include a copy of the contractor's E-Verify certification. • The bid must include a copy of the contractor's certification of compliance with the Missouri Domestic Products Procurement Act.
