Description
The City of Chandler is seeking bids for the Lindsay Road Improvements project, which includes widening Lindsay Road from Ocotillo Road to Hunt Highway to four traffic lanes, ADA upgrades, bike lanes, sidewalk, curb and gutter, street lighting, traffic signals, storm drainage, raised landscape median, wet and dry utilities, irrigation systems, site walls, and other improvements. The project requires completion within 790 consecutive calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. The Engineer's Estimate range is $30 - $32 Million.

The successful bidder will be required to execute the standard form of agreement for construction prior to Council award and furnish a Payment Bond and Performance Bond in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Agreement Price.
