Description
The City of Laconia is seeking bids for the purchase of vibratory roller compaction equipment. The equipment must meet or exceed the specified requirements, including a minimum 5.5 HP engine, 18" x 24" roller drum, and 10" compaction depth. The successful bidder will be required to provide a certificate of compliance and warranty details. The city reserves the right to reject or accept any or all bids.
• The equipment must be gasoline operated with a minimum 5.5 HP engine (Honda or approved equal)
• The roller drum must be approximately 18" x 24"
• The minimum compaction depth must be 10"
• The minimum centrifugal force must be 3,200 lbs
• The equipment must have a hydrostatic forward and reverse drive
• The equipment must have an integrated water system (minimum 7-gallon capacity)
• The approximate operating weight must be 550 lbs
