The City of Findlay is soliciting proposals for comprehensive elevator maintenance services covering two hydraulic passenger elevators located at the municipal building (City IDs #1958 & #1959) and optional service at the Findlay Water Treatment Plant (City IDs #28055 & #28219) for the fiscal year 2027.
• Scope includes monthly charges, employee labor rates (one‑employee, two‑employee, after‑hours rates), trip charges, and a total yearly rate; all work must meet ANSI A17.1 standards, include monthly inspections, annual no‑load safety tests, and five‑year full‑load tests.
• Contractor must provide all parts, lubricants, tools, and cleaning equipment, maintain clean oil‑free mechanical rooms, and submit proof of ≥ $1,000,000 general liability insurance (plus workers’ compensation).
• The contract period is January 1 2027 – December 31 2027 (one‑year term); bids are due by October 1 2026, with questions accepted until the same deadline. No pre‑bid meeting or site visit is required.
