Description
The Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity (MCTSSA) intends to award a firm fixed price contract to ATX Capital Partners, LLC for Information Technology (IT) support services to support the Marine Corps Software Factory (MCSWF). The objective is to deliver secure, scalable, and operationally relevant software capabilities in direct support of Fleet Marine Force (FMF) priorities. The support services consist of software engineering, DevSecOps, scalable systems architecture, and agile delivery.
• The contract will be awarded under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), with only one source being available to meet the Government's needs.
• ATX Capital Partners, LLC is currently providing similar services to the Marine Corps Software Factory and has accumulated essential institutional knowledge vital for the near-term success of MCSWF.
• The potential disruption and resultant programmatic setbacks to MCSWF would endanger key objectives, significantly increasing the risk of mission failure, if another vendor were to deliver comparable services.
