NOTICE OF INTENT TO SINGLE SOURCE TAMPA TRUCK CENTER LLC

The Collier County Board of County Commissioners Procurement Services Division intends to designate Tampa Truck Center LLC as a single source for the purchase of OEM and aftermarket medium and heavy duty truck parts, supplies, repairs, services, diagnostic services, and associated freight needed to support County-owned fleet units. The services include warranty repairs, proprietary diagnostics, and factory-authorized service for County-owned Freightliner, Western Star, Sterling, Cummins, and Detroit Diesel powered equipment. • The contract period is from 02/20/2026 to 09/30/2027. • The County's medium- and heavy-duty trucks use Cummins and Detroit Diesel engines, emissions systems, and driveline components that require manufacturer-certified technicians, proprietary diagnostic software, and factory-authorized repair procedures. • Tampa Truck Center is the only authorized Freightliner and Western Star dealership in the region with certified capability to provide OEM parts, warranty repairs, proprietary diagnostics, and factory-authorized service.
