The scope includes complete removal of existing roofing, structural inspection and repair of decking, installation of self‑adhered underlayment, and placement of 30‑year Class A fiberglass asphalt shingles with required flashing, ridge vent, and drip rail. Real‑time photographic documentation is required, and the contractor must provide a one‑year leak‑free warranty.
