Description
Palm Beach County is seeking proposals from design firms to provide engineering and environmental services for assessment and remedial activities on selected properties. The services may include Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, assessment and corrective actions, petroleum assessment and remediation, operation, monitoring, and testing, and asbestos/industrial hygiene surveys. The contract is expected to be for a five-year term with no renewal options, and three firms are expected to be selected. Proposers must comply with the County's Small Business Development Ordinance and meet the mandatory subcontracting goal of 20% participation.
The scope of work may include:

• Phase II Environmental Site Assessments
