Galloway Park Court Improvements - RFP

The City of Pontiac is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the Galloway Park Court Improvements. The project includes upgrading the existing court area to create a flexible, multi-use space for sports and recreation, including pickleball and basketball. The selected contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision required to complete the court improvements. The project must be completed within 180 consecutive calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. Key aspects of the project include: • Site preparation and demolition • Grading, base, and drainage • Court construction • Sports equipment and accessories • Fencing, gates, and appurtenances • Concrete flatwork and site features • Restoration and cleanup The City is looking for a contractor with experience in municipal pickleball, basketball, and other sport courts, and the ability to provide a high-quality design and construction service.
