Description
The City of Philadelphia is seeking bids for the supply of adhesive foam mounting boards and archival photo paper. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The contract will be for an initial period of one year with three additional one-year periods. The bidder must quote all items to be eligible for the award.
• The contract requires the supply of 32 x 40, 3/16" thick black self-adhesive foam mounting boards.
• The contract also requires the supply of 36" x 100' archival photo paper, satin rolls (8 rolls).
• The bidder must submit a signed Consent and Authorization Agreement prior to bid closing.
• The bidder must also register through PHLContracts, the City's eProcurement platform, to submit quotes.
