SHELL EGGS for use in Domestic Food Assistance Programs

The USDA is seeking offers to sell shell eggs for use in domestic food assistance programs. The eggs must be delivered to various locations in the United States on an FOB destination basis. The solicitation may include small business set-asides, and offerors must meet the AMS vendor qualification requirements. The contract type will be firm-fixed-price. • Deliveries are to be made between April 1, 2026, and April 30, 2026. • The Government reserves the right to reject non-conforming products. • Offerors must be active in the Web-Based Supply Chain Management System (WBSCM) and have the required bidder roles to submit offers. • The solicitation is available electronically through WBSCM and the Contract Opportunities website.
