Police Department Building Remodel

The Delta County Board of County Commissioners is soliciting proposals for the purchase of construction services for the Police Department Building Remodel. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to provide information to prospective vendors for the submission of sealed bids. The County reserves the right to reject any bids, to change, add, or amend the specifications, to waive any informality, and to accept the Proposal that best serves the County's interest. Key aspects of the project include: • A mandatory pre-bid event will be held on March 4, 2026, at 8:45 a.m. outside the former Delta County Police Department. • Bidders must submit their proposals on County forms with any additional information attached. • The County reserves the right to reject any bids and to accept the Proposal that best serves the County's interest.
