Description
The City of Revere is seeking bids for the Inflow Removal Program, Contract 12. The project involves removing and/or redirecting illegal inflow sources, extending existing drainage with new pipes, and installing drain manholes and catch basins. The work will be performed throughout the City of Revere. The contract time for the base bid is 210 calendar days, with the option for two additive alternatives that add 30 calendar days each. The successful bidder must provide a 100% performance bond and a 100% payment bond.
• The project is funded by the City of Revere through the Massachusetts Clean Water Trust.
• The bidding and award of the contract will be under the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 30, Section 39M.
• The project requires compliance with the Department of Environmental Protection's Diesel Retrofit Program.
• The contract documents are available for examination and/or obtaining by contacting the City of Revere Purchasing Department.
• Bids must be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and be accompanied by a bid security.
