The USDA Forest Service is re‑opening solicitation 12024B25Q7002 for an open‑season onboarding to a Multiple‑Award Indefinite‑Delivery Blanket Purchase Agreement (I‑BPA) that provides mobile Clerical Support Units (CSU) to support fire‑suppression, all‑hazard, and prescribed‑fire incidents across Region 13 (Washington, Oregon, Idaho) and nationally. Each CSU must be a self‑contained mobile office with copying, printing, scanning, plotting, and basic word‑processing capability, able to operate for at least seven days and become fully operational within two hours of arrival. Vendors must staff each unit with a minimum of two qualified personnel, supply their own internet connectivity, and meet OSHA‑compliant safety standards. The contract is a 100 % small‑business set‑aside; rates are fixed per‑copy/scan/lamination, while the daily rate for the unit is negotiated. No guaranteed order volume exists; awards will be issued as needed during the fire season.
