Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from potential contractors for the repair of a forklift battery pack at the Shawnee VA CMOP. The contractor must be an authorized Toyota Material Handling, INC dealer or repairer, or an authorized Ethium battery repairer. The scope of work includes removing the battery pack, crating and shipping it to the manufacturer for repair, and reinstalling the repaired battery pack. The contractor must ensure that all personnel are qualified to use the required equipment and that the equipment is operated safely. The objective of the project is to safely return the forklift to operational status and inspect for any other outstanding issues.
