Description
The Township of East Brunswick is seeking bids for the purchase of one or more new 2026 Ford Escape Hybrid vehicles. Bidders must submit their bids in sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the contract name and number, and addressed to the Municipal Clerk. A certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid must be submitted with the bid. The successful bidder will be required to execute a contract and furnish a performance bond equal to 100% of the contract amount.

• Bids must be received by the Municipal Clerk by 11:00 AM on June 11, 2026.

• The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids under the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:1113.2.
