Description
The Oregon Department of Transportation is seeking bids for the replacement of the original 1992 building roof at the Enterprise Maintenance Station. The project includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, permits, and services necessary for completion. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on April 6, 2026, at 11:00 AM Pacific. Bidders must attend the entirety of the conference to be considered responsive. The bid opening date is April 15, 2026, at 10:00:00 AM.
• The project estimate is between $100,000 and $250,000.
• The project is expected to start upon issuance of the Notice to Proceed and be substantially completed by August 31, 2026, and finally completed by September 30, 2026.
• Liquidated damages will apply for failure to complete the project by the substantial completion date.
• The project is subject to prevailing wage rates and apprenticeship rates.
