The Groton Housing Authority is seeking qualified contractors to replace exterior windows and siding and to upgrade the HVAC system at the Petapawag Place (Unit 667‑1) residence in Groton, MA. The scope includes removal and installation of new energy‑efficient windows, replacement of the building’s exterior cementitious siding (including new shingle panels), and a complete HVAC overhaul featuring heat‑pump units, fan‑coil units, and domestic hot‑water systems.
