Snow Removal and Grass Cutting Service, Misawa Air Base, Japan

The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide snow removal and grass cutting services at Misawa Air Base, Japan. The contractor will be required to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that snow/ice removal and grass cutting services are performed in the areas shown in the attached Appendix B - Area Maps, and Appendix A - Estimated Workload Data, in accordance with the attached Performance-based Work Statement (PWS). The contract will be for a base year with four option years. The contractor will be evaluated based on price and past performance. • The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that snow/ice removal and grass cutting services are performed in the areas shown in the attached Appendix B - Area Maps, and Appendix A - Estimated Workload Data. • The contractor must perform the work in accordance with the attached Performance-based Work Statement (PWS). • The contract will be for a base year with four option years. • The contractor will be evaluated based on price and past performance. • The government reserves the right to award a contract to other than the lowest Total Evaluated Price (TEP). • The government intends to award a contract without discussions with respective offerors.
